From Monday, June 29, through Friday, July 31, 2026, electrical trenching and vault installation will take place in Parking Lot C, shown as Area 11 on the map. Work will affect the drive lane along the sidewalk, but no detours or full closures are expected.  Work areas will be sectioned off, and traffic control personnel will help direct vehicles safely around the active construction zone.  After 3:30 pm, the area will reopen for normal access.

The sidewalk along ‘Area 11’ which runs between B5/Pools and Parking Lot C will remain open. The sidewalk from the W. Hillsdale Blvd. entrance going up to B5 along College Heights Drive will have minor rerouting at the top where it meets the construction area. 

From Saturday, August 1, through Friday, August 14, 2026, College Heights Drive will be closed to vehicular traffic in both directions near Areas 3 and 10 on the map. This closure is needed for electrical infrastructure work related to the Districtwide Student Housing Project.  Drivers should plan ahead, allow extra travel time, and use alternate routes while the closure is in place.

Please use caution when traveling near these work areas and follow all posted signs and directions from traffic control personnel.
