Construction on the SMCCCD Districtwide Student Housing at CSM project has begun as of April 2026, and will continue through Spring 2028, with student move-in anticipated in Summer 2028. Student Parking Lot B will be closed throughout the construction process.

The campus community should expect additional notices related to deliveries, utility work, power shutdowns, traffic impacts, and pedestrian route adjustments associated with work beyond the main project site. Notices for this work will typically be shared 48 to 72 hours in advance and posted to this site.
